Bookings for Easter and May Bank Holiday weekends
to be for a minimum of 3 continuous nights, and for Spring and
Bank Holiday weekends for a minimum of 5 continuous nights (this may be revised closer to the weekends in question, and is subject to space being available).
During the high season advance bookings of two or more nights only will be accepted.
As part of the booking process, we will require the size of your unit so we can allocate appropriate pitches. Should you change these details, we'd appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible. If your unit is larger than booked we cannot guarantee appropriate accomodation for your stay, and reserve the right to charge you for up to 7 days of lost revenue if we cannot subsequently re-let the pitch.
Requests for reservations may be made by telephone: +44 1286 673196, fax: +44 1286 675941, e-mail - email@example.com or post and will require a deposit of one night's fees per week or part week (so for example, a stay of 5 nights would require one night's fees, as would a stay of 7 nights, but a stay of 12 nights would require two nights' fees as deposit). Booked pitches will be held until 7:00 p.m. unless agreed beforehand.
Cancellation Policy. Should you cancel your booking or fail to turn up, the following will apply:
- 28 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit (less £1.50 / unit administration charge).
- 7-28 days prior to arrival: No refund of any deposit.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Full fees to be paid.
Bookings made less than 7 days prior to intended arrival shall have full fees paid at time of booking. Payment may be made using MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron or Solo Cards. Should the card transaction fail for any reason we shall consider that the booking has not been made. We will attempt contact by any given means to check the card details.
We recognise that owing to the nature of the site and the existing facilities it is possible that certain people may be disadvantaged for access. The management and staff will work with individuals and their helpers as appropriate to take all practicable actions to reduce this inconvenience. If you feel that you have a special access requirement that may cause problems with a proposed stay at Cwm Cadnant Valley, please feel free to contact us to discuss possible resolutions. We also have a fuller access statement available.
To allow for newly arriving campers, the pitch must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless agreed with the site management before 9:00 a.m. In a similar vein, and to be on the safe side, we ask that you don't arrive on the day you're booked in until 1:00 p.m. - just so we can make sure that your pitch is free.
It is regretted that no refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday, unless they do so as the result of the breach of some obligation on our part which would justify cancelling the holiday.
Please note that should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates there is no guarantee that the same or any pitch will be available.
